Privacy
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what SUPEREGO collects through the public website, Agent Authority Diagnostic, demo form, and free downloads. Last updated July 10, 2026.
Information you provide
If you request a demo or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, message, and any information you choose to include. Do not send secrets, protected health information, credentials, or confidential third-party data through public forms or email.
Technical information
The site may receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps through hosting, security, and analytics infrastructure.
Diagnostic information and separate choices
The Agent Authority Diagnostic receives the workflow label, optional organization and name, all 18 answers, calculated dimension and overall scores, report-delivery email, version identifiers, consent choices, and delivery or failure events. Transactional storage and delivery require consent. De-identified research use and product marketing are separate, optional choices; neither is required to see the immediate result, and requesting the report does not enroll you in marketing. Do not submit secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party content.
How information is used
- Respond to demo requests and messages.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Understand interest in SUPEREGO materials and downloads.
- Generate and transactionally deliver a requested Diagnostic report and governance playbook.
- Use de-identified Diagnostic responses for research only when the participant separately opts in.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, process email, host assets, or secure infrastructure, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention and choices
We keep contact, Diagnostic, and site records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose. You can ask to update or delete contact and Diagnostic information, or withdraw future research use, by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal cannot remove results already included in a previously completed aggregate analysis.
